This is very simple application which can convert Ragnarok Online game animation (.SPR + .ACT) to GIF format. Application offers basic action preferences, set show individuals frames, speed of animation, set hide parts / effects of frame and above all generating of animation to GIF with set parameters.
Graphics rendering is in GDI+ and for GIF generating is used GD Graphics library.
